As a real estate agent, you may be kind, courteous and friendly with your prospective clients! But that doesn’t necessarily increase the number of listings and you bottom line income. The client MUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE THE EXPERT, THAT YOU ARE HIGHLY SKILLED, INTELLIGENT, COMPETENT AND CONFIDENT AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT.
